Home / Roofing Product Description Crossgrip PVC - Two-Layer Roof Walkway Matting Crossgrip PVC is a highly specialised two-layer roof walkway matting designed for safety and comfort underfoot on flat roofs, gantries, and high-level walkways. Certified slip resistant, this matting is able to withstand all types of weather conditions. Made from flexible PVC, Crossgrip PVC is designed to be loose laid with no fixing required, allowing for quick and easy installation, even in adverse weather conditions. Its durable, two-layer construction contours to the roof structure, protecting the membrane, while the diamond-cut pattern and cross-directional top ribs ensure a firm underfoot grip. This matting remains stable in winds up to 96km/h (60mph). When manufactured in black, it's made using post-industrial recycled material (averages at least 30%, strives for 100%). Phthalate free and does not use any substances on the SVHC list under REACH. Fire: EN ISO 13501-1:2007-Cfl-S1. Hygiene: Made from non-porous PVC that's naturally resistant to bacteria growth. Reversion: Thermoplastic shrinkage can result in size reductions up to 2%, which may be accelerated in hot environments. Slip resistance: ASTM F 1677-Dry/Wet: 1.0/0.9; DIN 51130: R10. Thermal: Designed to function at temperatures from -23°C and up to +60°C. Slight size variation may occur at temperature extremes. UV light: Resistant to PVC degradation. The durable, one-piece construction is supplied in 10m rolls, which can simply be cut to fit on site and contours to the roof structure. Cleaning Keeping Crossgrip PVC looking good is easy.
